I want every client to reach a maintenance level where they can maintain their lifestyle for the long term. I want every client to be able to train to feel strong, to eat healthy to feel good and energetic, and to take care of themselves for their health and not just looks.
What sets me apart from other trainers is my background as an EMT-Paramedic. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the importance of preventive health care and the impact of lifestyle choices on overall well-being. My approach to fitness is holistic, focusing not just on physical exercise but also on mental and emotional health.
